These people are licensed by the State of NC; their equipment in face painting meets all safety standards. They only work with artists who provide top quality services, and always at fair prices. They are the best you can find in this field. They haven't been trained using stencils, and, of course, they don't use stencils at their events. Their availability varies with services and dates.
